Kuilei Place is a newly proposed residential project coming to Moili'ili, being the first of its size to the area in a decade. This Unique new development will offer two towers, one standing 43 ft. tall, and the other standing 15 stories tall, and will be offering both affordable and market rate units. The building will offer a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms, and will run along Kapiolani Blvd. A whopping 60% of the units will be affordable housing, being offered to people 80% and 140% the median area income, the remaining 40% will be sold at market price. To accommodate for this massive tower, they will be building a 13 story parking garage and offering retail and dining options along Kapiolani Blvd.
